AV Technician II

Position Overview

The AV Technician II is responsible for independently and collaboratively executing audio/video installations and service work. This role requires strong technical proficiency, effective field troubleshooting skills, and accountability for assigned tasks, schedules, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex audio/video system installations, including setup, configuration, and calibration.
Install and support Crestron & Control 4 – add control systems, including lighting, shading, and dedicated theater environments.
Diagnose and resolve issues across both basic and advanced AV and IT add systems.
Design, install, and configure advanced networking and data systems.
Program and configure control systems in accordance with manufacturer and project specifications.
Support legacy systems and approved third-party products.
Install and configure multi-room audio and video systems.
Apply advanced knowledge of security system design and programming.
Assist in training and evaluating Technician I team members.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of three years of relevant field experience.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay range: $35.00–$45.00+ per hour
Optional overtime available
