AV Technician II
Position Overview
The AV Technician II is responsible for independently and collaboratively executing audio/video installations and service work. This role requires strong technical proficiency, effective field troubleshooting skills, and accountability for assigned tasks, schedules, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex audio/video system installations, including setup, configuration, and calibration.
- Install and support Crestron & Control 4 – add control systems, including lighting, shading, and dedicated theater environments.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across both basic and advanced AV and IT add systems.
- Design, install, and configure advanced networking and data systems.
- Program and configure control systems in accordance with manufacturer and project specifications.
- Support legacy systems and approved third-party products.
- Install and configure multi-room audio and video systems.
- Apply advanced knowledge of security system design and programming.
- Assist in training and evaluating Technician I team members.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant field experience.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay range: $35.00–$45.00+ per hour
- Optional overtime available
